About Albert Mollo

I have been practicing law since 2002. Since that time I have practiced in NJ, NY, GA and FL. I currently have offices in FL and NJ, and my practice is primarily limited to those jurisdictions. I have handled hundreds of DUI cases and have specialized training with regard to breath testing equipment, field sobriety tests, drug impairment recognition and forensic toxicology. My prior experience includes serving as a judicial law clerk and working as a legislative aide in the Office of Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. I received a B. A. from the University of Arizona and a J. D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
