When he is not running his criminal defense practice, Mr. McConathy enjoys being an active member of the legal community. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Lawyers Association. He also served as treasurer of the criminal law section of the Dallas Bar Association from 2004 to 2006.
