About Eric Pangburn

No one wants to hire a lawyer, but when the time comes to retain an advocate you want someone in your corner who has been on the front lines and knows how to win. Eric Pangburn has been successfully litigating cases since 2003. He is an experienced advocate in both civil and criminal matters, as well as with respect to veterans appeals before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Eric is sensitive to the fact that any legal representation on a particular matter may have unintended consequences, particularly as it relates to drunk driving charges. For nearly two decades, he has assisted clients navigating these interwoven, and sometimes delicate issues. Eric has represented individuals and corporations in both state and federal court. He is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin state courts, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
