About Travis Mydock

I practice exclusively criminal trial law in Northeast Florida with a primary focus on the defense of DUI cases. My office is located in Saint Augustine. I am Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by The Florida Bar and rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. I have over a decade of experience on both sides of the courtroom. I have defended and prosecuted the following types of DUI cases: DUI refusal, DUI breath test over 0.15, DUI on drugs or marijuana, DUI with property damage or injury, DUI with a blood draw, Boating under the influence, DUI 1st to 4th offense, DUI serious bodily injury, and DUI manslaughter.
