About Eric Wicks

I have served as an Assistant State Attorney where I received extensive DUI training for purposes of investigating and prosecuting DUI cases. As a defense attorney, I have received DHSMV training. Specifically, training in conducting FST's and the operation of the Intoxilyzer 8000. I wish to use my training and experience for those who have been falsely accused of DUI, and those facing DUI charges who need help defending their case.
