About Sneh Patel

One of the things you’ll notice if you choose Patel Law Firm is the one-on-one attention you receive as a client. As a sole practitioner, attorney Sneh Patel attends to all the details of his clients’ criminal cases, starting with answering his telephone. He identifies their specific concerns, needs and goals. Sneh has more than a decade of experience in the field of law and has practiced as both a defense attorney and as a criminal prosecutor. This dichotomy provides him with the unique opportunity to have gained experience in both forums of law. Sneh began his career in 2006, where he represented indigent clients in matters of criminal defense ranging from simple misdemeanors to serious felonies. The opportunity then arose for Sneh to join the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office. There Sneh prosecuted both misdemeanors in State Court, as well as felonies in Superior Court. During his tenure, Sneh handled several high-profile cases with success. With his exposure to law enforcement in the realm of prosecution, he has gained a great understanding of the methods used to prosecute cases ranging from DUI, to serious felonies. This experience provides him with valuable knowledge of how to best build a strong defense against a variety of criminal charges. Sneh crafts personalized and innovative strategies for his clients whether he is handling a traffic violation or drunk driving case, minimizing the consequences of felony drug charges or representing clients in high-profile homicide cases. Sneh’s multi-cultural upbringing and fluency in German, Gujarati and Hindi provides him with the ability to communicate and disseminate complex legal issues and matters with a wide range of clients in a way that they can easily understand. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you about any legal issues you may have. 2018 Summer Session Graduate
