For more than 10 years, my practice as been about 95% DUI defense in Northern and Western Nevada. Prior to that, I practiced criminal law, family law, real estate and contract law in addition to DUI defense for another 17 years in the area and in Northern California. The first five years of practice were spent working as a contract attorney for approximately 40 other attorneys on a regular basis making appearance, conducting depositions and writing motions. I also worked in the field of Worker's Compensation during the years of 1988 - 1994. I was licensed in California in 1988 and Nevada in 1992.
