During her time as a prosecutor, in addition to handling countless criminal cases in court, Ms. McMahan also received training in trial techniques, procedural issues and DUI arrests. Several of these training events were conducted alongside law enforcement officers and focused on Field Sobriety Evaluations and Intoxilyzer 5000 testing.
A lifelong resident of Georgia, Ashley first graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology before moving just down the street to receive her law degree from Georgia State University School of Law.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia, all State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. Ashley is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the Criminal Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
